  • 4 slices Turkey - Optional
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese - Or Gruyère, cheddar, provolone
  • 4 teaspoon Raspberry jam - Or any jam/jelly you like
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - For cooking
The Egg Mixture:
  • 3 Eggs
  • cup Milk - Or heavy cream, buttermilk, etc.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - Optional but tasty
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar - Optional

Method
