- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 dish with foil. Slice rolls horizontally as one whole slab. Mix garlic butter ingredients in a bowl.
- Place bottom rolls in dish. Layer salami, then pepperoni, then ham.
- Top with provolone slices and scatter banana peppers evenly.
- Add top roll layer. Brush generously with garlic butter and sprinkle extra Parmesan. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 15 minutes covered, then 5 minutes uncovered until golden.
- Let sliders rest 5 minutes so cheese sets before slicing.
