  • 1 lb Ground beef (80/20) - Can substitute ground turkey or sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - Optional: adds depth
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black pepper
  • 4 Russet potatoes - Thinly sliced; par-cook 5 min for faster bake
  • 1 Yellow onion - Diced
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables - Or fresh vegetables as desired
  • 1 cup Green beans - Optional
  • 1 Bell pepper - Diced
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup - Can swap for cream of chicken or celery
  • ½ cup Beef broth
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded cheddar cheese - Can substitute Monterey Jack or mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika - For garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Chopped, for garnish

Method
