  • 15–20 cloves Garlic - Minced reserve ¼ for last step
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter - Cold ,cubed

  • 1 Lemon - Zest and juice
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika - Sweet or smoked
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour - For dredging
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper - Optional ,for spice
  • Sea salt - To taste
  • Black pepper - Freshly ground ,to taste
  • Fresh parsley - Chopped ,for garnish
