Ingredients
  

Filling:
  • 1 lb Ground beef - 80/20 for best flavor
  • 3 Garlic cloves - Minced
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan
  • 12 Mozzarella cubes - ¾-inch size
  • ½ Yellow onion - Finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Dough:
  • 1 can Biscuit dough - Large, like Grands
Garlic Butter Topping:
  • 4 tablespoon Butter - Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan - For topping
  • 1 pinch Sea salt flakes - Optional
  • 1 drop Vanilla extract - Optional – Grandma’s secret touch
Optional Add-In
  • 2 tablespoon Apple juice - Adds subtle sweetness and balance
  • 1 tablespoon Crushed crackers - Like saltines; keeps filling juicy
  • 12 small Butter pats - One in each bomb, with cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no pink remains.
  2. Halfway through cooking, add diced onions. Stir in minced garlic for final 30 seconds.
  3. Drain most fat, then stir in Worcestershire, parmesan, Italian seasoning, (optional apple juice, saltines). Let cool 10 min.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough pieces. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon beef mixture onto dough center. Add cheese cube. Fold and seal tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down. Let bombs rest 5–10 minutes to seal properly.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley (and drop of vanilla). Brush over each bomb and sprinkle parmesan.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 5 min before serving.
