Step 1: Patty Preparation
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper

- Form into 6 oval patties
- Create dimple in center of each patty
Step 2: Cook Patties
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side
- Remove and keep warm
Step 3: Make Gravy
- Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter

- Add flour, then broth
- Simmer until thickened
Step 4: Finish
- Return patties to gravy
- Simmer 5 minutes
- Serve hot
