Cook Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
Prepare Shrimp:
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Make Sauce:
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook 1 minute
- Add shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink
- Remove shrimp from pan
Finish Dish:
- Add wine and lemon juice to pan, simmer 2-3 minutes
- Return shrimp to pan
- Add cooked pasta and toss to combine
- Add pasta water as needed for desired sauce consistency
- Stir in parsley and Parmesan
