Mix Seasoning
- Combine all fajita seasoning ingredients in a bowl
- Set aside
Prep Pasta
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente
- Reserve 1 cup pasta water
- Drain and set aside
Cook Chicken
- Season chicken with half the fajita seasoning
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet
- Cook chicken 6-8 minutes until golden
- Remove to plate
Cook Vegetables
- Add remaining oil to pan
- Sauté peppers and onions 5-6 minutes
- Add garlic, cook 30 seconds
Make Sauce
- Add broth, scraping pan bottom
- Pour in cream and remaining seasoning
- Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened
- Stir in Parmesan until melted
Combine & Finish
- Add pasta to sauce
- Return chicken to pan
- Toss everything together
- Add pasta water if needed
- Garnish with cilantro
- Serve with lime wedges

Notes
- Cut all vegetables same size for even cooking
- Don't overcook the pasta - keep it al dente
- Let chicken develop golden crust before stirring
- Use pasta water to thin sauce if needed
