Ingredients
  

  • 6 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet - ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup chicken broth - or water
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 onion, sliced - optional
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced - optional
  • 3-4 medium potatoes, cubed - optional
  • fresh thyme sprigs - optional

Equipment

  • 1 6-quart Slow Cooker (Fits 6 pork chops comfortably)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (For sauce)
  • 1 Whisk (To blend soup + broth)
  • 1 Tongs (To place pork chops)
  • 1 Meat thermometer (Ensure chops reach 145°F)

Method
 

  1. Pat chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and a small amount of salt.
  2. Lightly grease the slow cooker. Add optional vegetables to the bottom, then arrange seasoned pork chops on top.
  3. Whisk mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, and broth until smooth. Pour over pork chops and add butter on top.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 6–7 hours or High 3–4 hours without lifting the lid.
  5. Ensure internal temp reaches 145°F. Thicken gravy if desired. Serve over rice, potatoes, or noodles.
