- Pat chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and a small amount of salt.
- Lightly grease the slow cooker. Add optional vegetables to the bottom, then arrange seasoned pork chops on top.
- Whisk mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, and broth until smooth. Pour over pork chops and add butter on top.
- Cover and cook on Low 6–7 hours or High 3–4 hours without lifting the lid.
- Ensure internal temp reaches 145°F. Thicken gravy if desired. Serve over rice, potatoes, or noodles.
