  • ¼ cup Fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 Green onions - Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill - Chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning - Or substitute Cajun seasoning or Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter - Melted for brushing on top
  • 2 tablespoon White wine - For finishing the dish
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest - For finishing the dish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley - Chopped for garnish

Method
