- Add the sweet potato cubes to the air fryer and lightly coat with oil. Sprinkle with the salt, paprika, and garlic powder, tossing to evenly coat. Air fry for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the seasoning until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble the bowl by adding 1 cup of roasted sweet potatoes, 4 oz of the cooked ground beef, ⅓ of the sliced avocado, and ½ cup of cottage cheese to a serving dish.
- Top with crushed red pepper and drizzle with hot honey. Finish with a light seasoning of salt and pepper, if desired.
