  • 2 large Eggs - Room temperature
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter - Melted
  • ½ cup Sugar - Granulated white
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Light brown sugar - Packed
  • 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter - Softened
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg - Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cream cheese - Softened
  • 1 ½ cups Powdered sugar - Sifted
  • 2–3 tablespoon Heavy cream - To adjust consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch Salt - Balances sweetness

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast, mix wet ingredients, add flour, knead into dough
  2. Let dough rise until doubled in size
  3. Roll out dough, spread filling, shape into rolls
