- Cook and shred chicken breasts.
- Wilt fresh spinach or thaw and drain frozen spinach well.
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion, and seasonings to make the cheese filling.
- Heat marinara or Alfredo sauce on the stove.
- Boil lasagna noodles if not using no-boil noodles.
- Start with a layer of sauce, then layer noodles, cheese mixture, chicken, and spinach. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese and sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for 15-20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
