  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 celery stalks finely diced
  • ¼ cup finely diced onion
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Classic Version Add-ins: 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped1 teaspoon lemon juice¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Buffalo Version Add-ins : ⅓ cup Buffalo wing sauce¼ cup blue cheese crumbles2 green onions, chopped½ teaspoon celery salt
  • Southwest Version Add-ins : 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies½ cup corn kernels¼ cup red bell pepper, diced1 tablespoon taco seasoning2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Base:
  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, diced celery, and onion.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Fold in the chopped chicken until well combined.
For Classic Version:
  1. Add hard-boiled eggs, fresh dill, and lemon juice to the base.
  2. Mix in garlic powder.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
For Buffalo Version:
  1. Stir Buffalo wing sauce into the base mixture.
  2. Add blue cheese crumbles and green onions.
  3. Mix in celery salt until fully incorporated.
For Southwest Version:
