Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked Use cooked shredded chicken breast or thighs
  • 2 ripe avocados diced Ensure avocados are ripe for creaminess
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt Adds creaminess and tang
  • 1 lime juiced (For freshness and flavor balance)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt To taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper To taste
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped Adds sharpness and crunch
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped For freshness and color
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps Use soft, pliable tortillas
  • Optional: lettuce and sliced tomatoes For added crunch and flavor

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until evenly incorporated, leaving some avocado chunks intact.
  2. Stir in the red onion and parsley until evenly distributed.
  3. Warm the tortillas by stacking them, wrapping them in a damp towel, and microwaving for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Divide the chicken avocado mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
  5. Optionally, add lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll tightly into wraps. Slice in half and serve immediately.
