- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until evenly incorporated, leaving some avocado chunks intact.
- Stir in the red onion and parsley until evenly distributed.
- Warm the tortillas by stacking them, wrapping them in a damp towel, and microwaving for 30–60 seconds.
- Divide the chicken avocado mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
- Optionally, add lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll tightly into wraps. Slice in half and serve immediately.
