Ingredients

For the Dip
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese - Softened to room temperature
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar - Packed
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Caramel Sauce - Plus more for drizzling
  • ½ cup Toffee Bits - Plus extra for topping
  • ¼ cup Crushed Graham Crackers - Optional for garnish
For Serving
  • 4–5 whole Granny Smith Apples - Sliced thin
  • 2–3 whole Honeycrisp or Gala Apples - Sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice - To prevent browning
  • Extra Caramel Sauce - For drizzling
  • Extra Toffee Bits - For topping
Optional Mix-Ins
  • ½ cup Cool Whip - For lighter texture
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon - Adds warmth
  • Chopped Pecans or Walnuts - For crunch
  • Mini Chocolate Chips - Optional
  • Sea Salt Flakes - For salted caramel twist

Equipment

  • 1 Hand Mixer (Makes cream cheese smooth and fluffy)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (Medium size)
  • 1 Rubber spatula (For folding and scraping sides)
  • 1 Serving bowl (Use shallow bowl for easy dipping)
  • 1 Knife (To slice apples)
  • 1 Cutting board (For apple prep)

Method

  1. Take cream cheese out of fridge 1 hour before making. Let it sit at room temperature until soft to the touch. Do not microwave, or it becomes runny.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1–2 minutes until fluffy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar. Beat for another minute until combined, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in caramel sauce with a spatula or beat on low speed. Do not overmix—some caramel streaks are ideal.
  5. Spoon dip into a serving bowl. Smooth the top, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with toffee bits, and add crushed graham crackers around the edges.
  6. Slice apples into thin wedges right before serving. Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning and arrange around the dip bowl.
