Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Shred the chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl. Add buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife without pulling them apart. Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls in the prepared baking dish, cut side up.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the rolls. Spread the chicken mixture on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the chicken mixture. Finish by placing the tops of the rolls over the sliders.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake the sliders for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve with optional coleslaw on top of the sliders or on the side for extra crunch.
