Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove meat from refrigerator (30 min)
  2. Pat dry with paper towels
  3. Mix seasonings
  4. Coat ribs with seasoning
  5. Rest at room temperature
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven
  2. Sear meat in batches
  3. Cook onions and garlic
  4. Add liquids
  5. Cover and cook at 325°F
  6. Cook 2.5-3 hours until tender
